    I had a wonderful stay at Pullman. The attentive staff made my experience nice, going above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view from my upgraded room, which was both clean and peaceful. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. I especially appreciated the care and attention from the staff, who really made me feel at home.

    Nothing major but some room details need attention. 🤷‍♂️.

    The property was impeccably clean and staff was very friendly. We booked well-equipped double room with a view and could use wake-up service, available in it. The setting was unbeatable, very close to the bay and sunrise. Overall the service was exceptional!

    The location was excellent and fantastic, so close to many cafes, a mall and western restaurants. The rooms were new-fashioned and had coffee/tea makers and glassware.

    The luggage took ages to arrive in our room; I had to go down there myself after several calls. It was so frustrating! I thought hotel staff would handle this better, but it felt like I was just being ignored.

    The room was immaculately clean, had exceptionally comfortable and included an electric kettle and glassware. The atmosphere created was quiet! I greatly enjoyed staying at hotel and would come there again.

    The hotel is in a prime location, super close to shopping malls and events, which definitely adds to the experience! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right away. Our room was clean and well-maintained, which contributed to a comfortable stay overall.

    Our romantic escape quickly turned frustrating. Plus, room service was a total mess; we waited forever for our food, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong! The overall experience fell short of expectations, and it was disappointing given the hype.

    I was eager to visit the National Museum of Qatar and chose Pullman for its prime location. The staff was helpful, ready to provide practical tips about the area at the 24-hour front desk. I also enjoyed the good pastries from “مخبز البلدة,” which offered a taste of local culture.

    connecting the TV for screen sharing proved to be a challenge.

    The location is perfect, right in the heart of West Bay. My room was spacious with a fine view of the city. The breakfast buffet had freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Spa facilities were great for relaxation.
